Black Bean Chipotle Dip
Black Bean and Chipotle Dip
This is a go to dip if you want to bring something to a friend's party or you suddenly find yourself hosting one yourself at the last minute. Super easy and ready in under 5 mins. You can make it spicier by adding more chipotle pepper or adding some cayenne pepper. (If you're a spice baby, then use less and quit whining!)

Makes roughly 2 cups

Ingredients
1 16 oz can of black beans (not drained)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 clove garlic
Juice from half of lime (about 1 Tbsp)
salt to taste (roughly 1/2 tsp I'd say depending on if your can of beans was already salted or not)

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times to get things started and then blend until all the beans are puréed and the dip is your desired consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed as you blend.

This dip can be served either warm or cold. Just pop it in the microwave for a minute or two if you want to heat it up.
